Ideal with a Venison Casserole and if there are any leftovers can be turned into Potato Cakes
- Cabbage
- Bacon
- Potatoes
- Butter
- Double cream
Step 1: Fry off some cabbage & bacon in butter.
Step 2: Mash the potatoes with cream & butter.
Step 3: Stir in bacon & cabbage mixture, seasoned with salt & pepper.
Serve with Venison Casserole
